System Automation

  • AirMaster™PD meets the challenge of managing up to 8 rotary screw compressors. The compressors are all hardwired back to the base control panel. AirMaster becomes the intelligent decision maker utilizing a dedicated Master PLC in which the system management and control is executed. This can be a mix of fixed and variable capacity rotary screw machines.

  • AirMaster™PD NET meets the challenge of managing up to 8 rotary screw compressors. AirMasterPD NET provides remote I/O at each local compressor to which the compressor control is hardwired. This allows for the compressors to be distributed around the plant and connected via an Ethernet Network. AirMaster becomes the intelligent decision maker utilizing a dedicated Master PLC in which the system management and control is executed.

  • AirMaster3PX™ meets the challenge of managing multiple compressors of different types, control platforms, makes and models by creating a foundation that allows for two-way communication to each compressor. With communications and control established, AirMaster3PX™ becomes the intelligent decision maker utilizing a dedicated Master PLC in which the system management and control is executed.

  • AirMaster™ is a “true load-sharing” solution that manages multiple centrifugal air compressors of different models, sizes, and manufactures by integrating them into one master control architecture. AirMaster™ Floating program is the preferred solution of choice when the system consists of only centrifugal type compressors and each has been equipped with a Case Controls AirLogix™ controller.

  • AirSequal™ is designed to provide a cost-effective, reliable automation solution for facilities with multiple rotary screws and reciprocating air compressors. The two primary goals are maintaining pressure within the system and improving supply side compressed air system efficiency by reducing or eliminating unnecessary online horsepower. In turn, save on energy costs, prolong the life of the compressors, and reduce maintenance costs.

  • Industrial Compressor System Automation offers a range of benefits for your business operation:

Saving Money: Automation commonly saves 40% or more in energy costs, delivering a quick ROI and proving to be a valuable investment over time.

Supply Meets Demand: Automation prevents compressors from starting and stopping haphazardly and allows precise transitions between online compressors so that they work in unison to meet air demand without wasting energy.

Streamlined Data for Easier Monitoring: Automation allows users to view the status and historical trends of all integrated air compressors within the system. This means that users can find all information in one place rather than having various, separated collection points.

Simplified Management: Automated compressed air systems bring compressors on or offline based on need and performance so that manual management is not necessary. This means that managing a user’s system is easier and less time consuming.

Improve the Reliability of the Equipment: Automation ensures that equipment is only providing the necessary energy to meet demand and reduces the occurrence of overworking machinery. Due to drastically reduced wear and tear, users can expect their compressed air equipment to last significantly longer with automation.
